This website doesn't use any cookies or similar technologies for visitors. In particular:
- there are no analytics or visitor statistics tools;
- there are no advertising or remarketing tags;
- there are no embedded social media feeds or widgets, so Instagram can't track you from this site; and
- nothing is saved in your browser's storage. When you send an enquiry, a temporary anonymous ID is used for that one submission to help block spam, and it isn't kept on your device.
Our fonts, images and code are served from this website and its Google Firebase services, so your browser doesn't contact other companies (such as Google Fonts or advertising networks) when you visit.
The staff area
If you work with Richmond Bakes and sign in to the website's admin area, your browser keeps you signed in using its local storage. This is strictly necessary for signing in to work and only applies to staff who choose to sign in.
Our web host
This website is hosted by Google Firebase. It doesn't set cookies on this site, but it does process some technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages securely. Our privacy policy explains this.
Other websites
When you follow a link to Instagram, for example to follow us or send a message, you'll be on Instagram's website or app, and its own cookie policy applies.
If this changes
If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, such as analytics, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting them.
